When running a multiple comparison in ANOVA, for example, the "A" is assigned to the highest mean value, and the lowest letter is assigned to lowest mean value.  However, in something like the multiple comparison procedure for Cochran's Q test, the assignment of the letters is reversed.  Please standardize across all methods.
